What are eclipses?
- In the 1989/1990 time frame, the world saw the end of the cold war era, fall of USSR followed by the opening up of the Indian Economy.
- A series of events with similar impact will occur again around 2020/2021 on the world stage.
- All nations will have an impact in some fashion or form.
- All people who have 2 or more planets in the Capricorn sign in their horoscope will be personally impacted more than others. (You will need a personalized reading to find out more)
Here is how it might go:
Early 2020 will bring a pivotal point in the transformation of the world order. Based on western astrology + analysis of current world trends, following predication has been delineated for the world at large and India in particular.
- There will be a massive restructuring of a world super power - It is possible that USA might begin a decisive chain of events leading to a 'DISunited States of America'. What we know as USA today might disintegrate as some states breaking away leaving a weakened bloc. The process that begins around the dawn of 2020 will culminate around the time of the US presidential elections in November 2020. By 2021 we would have a new world economic and political order with USA not at the exclusive helm anymore. The process will be akin to the disintegration of USSR in 1989 stripping USSR of super power status. The world will feel a similar impact and intensity.
- One possible outcome would be the case of a restructured USA looking eastward for a foothold to retain its balance and prevent a negative domino effect. It will invariably try to latch on to India. There could be a major pact and it is likely to favor India.
- Other possible outcome for India is the strengthening of its relative position via another bloc excluding USA. Either way, it will result in a major milestone in the economic history of India. Some well positioned players of the economy will gain really big.
- The impact and intensity of transition to the new Indian economy will be akin to India's transition to Liberal Economy in 1990.
The prediction was based on the following astrological facts;
- Saturn takes 30 years to complete a cycle; returning to the same spot after every 30 years.
- The last time when Saturn passed through Capricorn was from Nov 1988 to Feb 1991 along with Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn. (that made a trio)
- Saturn will be in Capricorn next from Dec 2017 to Dec 2021 along with Pluto and be joined by Jupiter in 2020. (that makes a trio too)
- It is true that Saturn passes Capricorn once in every 30 years. But Saturn being accompanied by TWO outer planets during that passing (turning it into a trio) is extremely rare. Such a trio passage NEVER occurred in the few centuries before 1989 and wont occur again after 2020 for another half a century.
- Therefore 1989 events and 2020 events are twin events within our era.
- It is an astrological deduction that 1989 events had an impact/intensity similar to what is coming in 2020.
NOTE:
- Even though most Vedic astrologers disregard Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, according to western astrology they have a powerful influence on an already powerful Saturn in Capricorn.
- Western Astrology uses a different zodiac (Tropical Zodiac) than Vedic astrology (Sidereal Zodiac). Therefore Saturn will be in Capricorn in 2020 according to western astrology while Vedic astrologers will consider it to be in Sagittarius (Dhanus).

What are eclipses?
Anyone who is a little more than
an absolute beginner in astrology would know that eclipses are important
markers for predictions. It is because a
solar eclipse is a super powered new moon while a lunar eclipse is a super
powered full moon. Eclipses were feared by most people throughout history
because they were seen as harbingers of ‘great change’ and many perceived any
kind of change to be stressful and unsettling even if it was for the greater
good.
There are 13 new moons and 13
full moons occurring in pairs in any typical year. Of these annual moon pairs, only 2 pairs
spaced 6 months apart qualify to become eclipses. However, sometimes, there
might be an extra moon (or an odd-moon), immediately before or after the standard
eclipse moon pair, qualifying to become a third eclipse in the season. Eclipses occur when the new or full moon takes
place within about 15 degrees from the moon’s nodes also known as lunar nodes (Rahu
and Ketu in Vedic astrology). An eclipse season is approximately a month
covering a pair of eclipses.
What are planetary nodes?
Like the moon, planets too have nodes.
Planetary nodes too are mathematical points space (North and South or Ascending
and Descending) calculated for each planet based on their orbital intersections
just as we do for lunar nodes. But the thing that differentiates moon’s nodes
from planets’ nodes has to do with the fact that the moon orbits the earth while
planets orbit the sun. Therefore unlike the moon, planets have TWO sets nodes.
One set is calculated from the sun’s perspective (i.e. Heliocentric planetary
nodes) and another set is calculated from the earth’s perspective (i.e.
geocentric planetary nodes).
Heliocentric planetary nodes are largely static with a movement of only
about one degree per century while geocentric planetary nodes oscillate to and from
heliocentric nodal points. Geocentric nodes of faster inner planets circle the
whole zodiac in any given year while those of the outer planets are limited in
range. Geocentric nodes of outer planets beyond Jupiter remain within an annual
range of no more than about 30 degrees from their respective heliocentric
nodes. The sun does not have nodes.
So what about January 2020 eclipse season?
This eclipse season has an
extremely rare line-up of a stellium comprising of planets as well as planetary
nodes; all in tectonic CAPRICORN. The stellium has BIG, BOLD and MASSIVE
written all over it. So what exactly do we have in the stellium? We have the
BIGGEST of EACH category/class of solar system objects;
1. Biggest CENTRAL OBJECT in our solar system –Sun
2. Biggest
SATELLITE of earth - Moon
3. Biggest
two PLANETS – Jupiter and Saturn
4. Biggest
TNO binary pair (Trans Neptunian Objects in kuiper belt) – Pluto and Charon
5. Biggest
CENTAUR – Chariklo
6. Biggest
ASTEROID – Ceres
Added to these big wigs we also have two more guests who are ‘-ests’ in a category;
7. Wildest
(eccentric orbital path) Centaur – Pholus
8. Smallest
planet – Mercury
There are more best-of-category
tags associated with players of this stellium such as;
·
Sun is the brightest object,
·
Jupiter is the heaviest planet,
·
Saturn is the lightest planet,
·
Chariklo is the most stable centaur
·
Pluto is the greatest un-classifiable misfit
object
·
Mercury is the fastest orbit planet
It is almost like having the best/biggest
guest per costume, representing a unique array of costumes at a masquerade
party! Except that this is no masquerade; these are cosmic objects being just
who they naturally are!
This line up of 10 bodies
including Charon, alone is a cause for raised eyebrows among astrologers. But what
amps up the tempo to freaky heights is the fact that all of the above objects,
except mercury and Ceres, have their nodes in Capricorn as well! Not just
heliocentric nodes but also geocentric nodes during the month of January 2020!
What is more noteworthy is that their Capricorn nodes are all SOUTH Nodes,
including the south node of the moon, with the exception of centaur Chariklo
where it is reversed with her North node in Capricorn.
So if we count the cosmic bodies and their own nodes (either heliocentric or geocentric) transiting Capricorn during the season, we come up with a whopping SEVENTEEN bodies and points!
So if we count the cosmic bodies and their own nodes (either heliocentric or geocentric) transiting Capricorn during the season, we come up with a whopping SEVENTEEN bodies and points!
Even if we were to ignore the
centaurs and asteroids, still the simple fact that three mega hitters, Jupiter,
Pluto and Saturn are converging around their own south nodes simultaneously is
sufficient to predict major events on a global scale as well as on an
individual level. Events portended by
this cosmic symbolism are likely to be triggered by the eclipse pair which will
occur on December 26, 2019 and January 10, 2020. The events are going to be so
big to where the eclipse seasons before and after this season (i.e. July 2019
season and June 2020 season) will have significant tapering effects similar to
pre-shocks and after-shocks around a major earth quake. Another analogy is a bell
curve starting around July 2019, peaking at January 2020 and ending around June
2020.
What would be the impact on us globally?
With a majority of bodies and
nodes in the stellium being slow movers, it is safe to say that a combo of this character is unlikely to occur in many million years. So we earth
dwellers can begin to prepare for perhaps what would be a once-in-a-lifetime
global event that ripples through our individual lives. It seems like a megawatt
cosmic conspiracy will be upon us soon to reboot and reset our game plan on
earth.
Let’s take a closer look at the
core nature of Capricorn itself to glean more insights. Capricorn is an earth
sign, a cardinal sign and the culminating sign in the natural zodiac (i.e. the
natural MC of the zodiac). Its ruler is Saturn, who I would call the stern host
of the upcoming cosmic party. Saturn is often likened to a ruthless task
master. So whenever Saturn is throwing a
party we could expect him to do some grilling, checking and disciplining of the
big guests. The resultant global events are likely to carry those themes. Throw
in the strong underlying theme of South Nodes which are all about ‘letting go’
and ‘releasing the old’, and we begin to get the idea.
There are two primary directions
of probabilities. One or both may occur.
1. The
very geology of the physical earth itself might be challenged as a result of cataclysmic
natural or manmade disasters of an unprecedented scale.
2. Fundamental
ideals around human relation patterns woven into the geology of the earth will
go through a colossal transformation along the lines of an out-with-the-old and
in-with-the-new world order.
The phenomena of ‘sovereign nation
state’ and accompanying citizenship ethos, boundary politics and macro
economics that go with it, will be shaken up to the core. What gets thrown out of the system are likely
to be rigid structures and ideals that are no longer nurturing and supporting
toward humanity at large. We will come upon a threshold of a more humane &
nurturing world order along themes of Cancer; the sign opposite Capricorn where
all the north nodes (future) will be bunched at!
The seeds of this Cancerian new
order will be planted around July 2018 though it would not be immediately
outwardly visible. The first eclipse across the Cancer-Capricorn axis, the first
after Saturn’s ingress into Capricorn, occurs at 20 degrees Cancer in the form
of solar eclipse (an odd 3rd eclipse in a season in addition to the
standard pair) on 13 July 2018. This will incidentally be the same degree
where the major Cancer lunar eclipse will occur at, on 10 January 2020,
shedding light on what was planted or conceived in mid 2018!
Therefore it might be worthwhile
to pay very close attention to what’s brewing at the world stage and at home
around mid 2018, if you wish to accurately predict or anticipate how the
January 2020 saga might take shape!
There is an 8 year pattern or cycle between new moons occurring at the same degree marked by a full moon opposite the degree on the 4th year (mid cycle), on the same day of the year. Which means the new moon eclipse of 26 December 2019 is the 'end of the road' or 'completion of phase' of whatever that started in your life 8 years ago (December 2011) when a new moon occurred at the same degree, though it was not an eclipse. See what started then. Whatever that started at that time will reach a grand completion or accomplishment in December 2019.
Looking at mid cycle trends, lets look back to what started around January 2016. That which started in January 2016 will reach a peak culmination (not end) in January 2020. Please note that you should give or take a month from these time frames when scanning for events.
What would be the effect on individuals?
Those natives with personal
planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars) in Capricorn are likely to be most
jolted by the January 2020 eclipse season, though almost everyone on earth will
be affected in some fashion or form due to the sheer magnitude of the
influence. Capricorn suns (i.e. those with birthdays from 22 December to 21
January of any year) are in the direct line of fire as they will most likely
have at least one other personal planet in Capricorn in addition to their sun.
Capricorn will be closely followed by Cancer, Aries and Libra who will be propelled by the hand of destiny via opposition and square aspects.
All other signs will also be impacted sdepending on the chart. Taurus and Virgo stand to gain from this transit as Capricorn trines those signs creating more supportive harmony than friction.

The 8 year cycle of moons and the 4 year mid cycle trend applies to individuals as well. So think back to December 2011. See what started then in a subtle way. Whatever that started for you at that time will reach a grand completion or accomplishment in December 2019. And that which started in January 2016 will reach a peak. Please remember only those people with natal planets in Capricorn are likely to experience this effect strongly.
All individuals will experience
life changing situations coming through matters governed by the ‘house’ in the natal chart where the Capricorn stellium
will take place, if they have planets in Capricorn or to a lesser extent in Cancer. In other words, the area of the natal chart covered by
Capricorn will be where the action will be at. Saturn being the cosmic party
host will enter Capricorn on 19 December 2017 and start his preparation work
for the January 2020 event/s. So expect to get faint glimpses and inklings to
the nature of things to come, around this holiday season as we usher in year
2018. Saturn will remain in Capricorn
until 17 December 2020 and that is when the after-the-party-mess or the
aftermath will be fully cleaned up and settled. However, memories of the events
will last a life time like a footprint made on wet cement.
Please note that big
change or big transformation does not necessarily mean it is all bad. All good
things start with an element of stress associated with change, just as a
wonderful baby is born after hours of labor pains. So, a flexible attitude
toward embracing change, no matter how phenomenal it is, is what it takes to
ride out this tide.
Intricate details of how each individual will be affected will
depend on their individual natal chart, because the chart works as a whole,
though Capricorn is where we are focusing. If you would like to know how this
affects you personally, you may order an astrological reading or a consult by writing to crownsnhalos@gmail.com
Sitting in Nov 2020 and looking at your post...You were spot on. SPOT ON. I'm an aries sun, capricorn moon, cancer ascendant. This year has been the most challenging year for me. That's saying a lot as I've been through some massive upheavals in life.
ReplyDeleteBut, this year is the grandmama of them all.
